The Flint Water Crisis is a prime example of what happens when those in charge are unable to adequately do their jobs. After repeated attempts to secure clean drinking water for the residents of Flint, reports of mysterious illnesses began flooding, coupled with dirty water, and a Legionnaire's disease outbreak that would claim the lives of 14 and ultimately infect 80.
