Ruins in Rome gave me pause to consider what is buried deeper in my soul and am I willing to destroy what I’ve already found in order to get to that next level?

Reflection

I’ve lost over 250 pounds and changed my life radically many times over. I’ll be detailing my life as a child in a religious cult, growing up as a fat kid, losing weight, bariatric surgery, fitness hacks, meal and life planning strategies and real life, tough love cheering you on to achieving your goals and aspirations. I don’t pet. I am silly. I am fun. And I am simply ordinary. Which means I am qualified to convince other ordinary folks how to do the extraordinary.
