In this episode, my guest is my father, Edward Yu. He shares his recollection of our family’s journey from mainland China to The United States. Through this conversation we traced our family history from the 1920’s where my great grandfather owned a laundromat in Pittsburg, PA all the way up to 1960’s in Oakland, CA where after a small stint, he was drafted to the Vietnam War.
