I just uploaded this video to my YouTube channel "Depression Talks" titled "I don't like talking about this...". It's hard for me to talk during moments like this. I feel numb, empty, and trapped... like I'm in a dense fog not knowing my way out. I hope my "letting it out" helps you in some way. I don't know how, but I just hope it does.
