America wanted to believe that once the Capitol Building was pieced back together following Trump's insurrection that the coup to overthrow our democracy was over. What we didn't anticipate as a nation is that what we saw on January 6th was just the dress rehearsal for the right-wing extremist SCOTUS. They have picked up where Trump's foot soldiers left off. From state courts to the SCOTUS, Badass author, writer and podcaster Dahlia Lithwick breaks down what Democrats should have seen coming decades ago but chose to ignore. Everything and we mean everything rests on the courts. This and much more on the next democracyish with Danielle and Wajahat!
