Hoodoo Sen Moise was raised in Southern Conjure. He has been in the work of conjure and hoodoo for the last 38 years. He spent the early part of his life learning about the spirit and how important the ancestors are in his life and work. Hoodoo Sen Moise is the author of Working Conjure (Weiser/Red Wheel) and the proprietor of Conjure New Orleans Magic Company. He resides in the city of New Orleans. He is also an Hougan (priest) in Haitian Vodou. Hoodoo Sen Moise travels quite extensively, teaching the principles of Conjure and relationship with the Spirit.
