Strategy making is becoming increasingly open - and, when it’s done well, it brings many important advantages.

In this episode, we're joined by Richard Whittington, Professor of Strategic Management at Saïd Business School, Oxford University and Marie Josée Lamothe, McGill Professor of Practice at the Bensadoun School of Retail Management and Academic Director of the McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Drawing from Whittington’s research case studies and Lamothe’s 25 years of managerial experience, they will explore the importance of coaching, communication, and coordination in the implementation of open strategy.
