Emily Martin never went the traditional career route and instead opted to work with animals as an educator, trainer, dog musher, and zookeeper. While she never had an office job, she did spend most of her life working for others in the field and just a little over a year ago, she left her position at the Denver Zoo to work for herself full-time.
