We sat down with Frances Schube, one of the founders of Splash Festivals, to talk all things art, events, and the booming growth of Chamblee. From how she got her start in the festival world to the recent success of the Chamblee Art Festival, Frances shares how creativity and community come together to make something special. It’s a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring a city to life through art and celebration!
