Hey y'all, So there are several private schools who have come out with handles like Black@Brearly or Black@Laguardia that are speaking out about their own experiences of racism at these schools. David, Ebony and I had the immense pleasure to talk with the cohorts of True Colors of Columbia (Columbia Grammar and Prep School) Lauren, Oamiya and Imani. Our conversation focuses on their experiences, how they came together to begin True Colors of Columbia and to give parents that have children in private school some insight into what their kids might be going through.  Thank you so much Lauren, Oamiya, and Imani.  We are all more than proud and I want to be like y'all when i grow up.
