The academic world can be hard to navigate especially with the, sometimes, toxic productivity culture found on social media. This podcast will be dealing with all the ups and downs one might experience throughout academia from creating good study habits to dealing with burn-out, and – spoiler alert – Juliane is still trying to figure all of this out. This is a learning process for Juliane, and she will be sharing her own experiences and encounters with the academic culture. The goal? Defining academic validation and looking at both the positive and negative ways it can affect us all. A new episode will be released every fortnight on Mondays except for during the summer holiday.
