Kesean Wilson aka The Spofessor breaks down the Making of a 13th Amendment Slave.

I received a 16 to 30 year sentenced at the age of 20 for a bank robbery...
A white male Robbed the same bank in the same manner and he leaves next year 2021, where as my out date is projected at 2029.
The statute at hand I'm talking about is Armed Robbery
This 3 headed beast... allowed for me to be Charged 4 times for one Robbery!
This is absurd.. of course I'm going to plea out when the maximum punishment for just one armed robbery is Life in prison.
You may wonder... how can this be... or you may be one of those who say, well the Michigan legislature intended this and I couldn't agree with you more, nor would any judge in America state the contrary
The question now is rather or not this act of legislation is permitted under constitutional provisions... of this state and of the united states of America
Article 6 clause 2 of the United States constitution,
Establishes Our U.S constitution As The Supreme Law of the Land...
Binding Judges and States to its Provisions
Any Law or constitution of any other state contrary to The supreme Law of the Land, is therefore unconstitutional
The U.S 13th Amendment Prohibits Slavery and involuntary servitude...unless for the punishment of crime, where the defendant has been duly convicted...
Duly refers to due process of law and equal protection of the law...
Michigan in Accordance with The Supremacy Clause... That is Article 6 clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution
Adopted There own prohibition of slavery.. Article 1 sec. 9 of the Michigan constitution of 1963
So it is established... that Slavery will not be tolerated in this country... except for the punishment of 1) a crime
and
2) The defendant has been rewarded due process of Law
Michigan Legislatures in 2003 Introduced house bill 5105 and Governor Granholm in 2004 signed into law an unconstitutional Statute... (well actually 3 unconstitutional statutes) as public act 128
This Law That was introduced as House bill 5105 Provided General Revisions to 3 violent Robbery Statute one of which was Armed Robbery
This Particular Revision is Expressly Prohibited under article 4 §36 of the Michigan constitution
This Provision Mandates that No General Revision of The Laws shall be made!
House Bill 5105 purpose was the general revise
Its Stated Right on The Bill tracking of The House Bill synopsis
Which states: Provides General Revisions to violent Robbery Statutes a clear Violation of This Provision!
I'm seeking an attorney who has an extraordinary thirst for justice, someone who is willing to help me hold our so called Justice system here in Michigan accountable
I wish only to pursue my freedom through a State Habeas corpus
Raising Rightfully a radical defect in Jurisdiction, That is The State had no Authority to force me into court under an unconstitutional law, Rendering my conviction absolutely void.
For the jurisdiction of the court over the action is the most critical aspect of the power of the court to proceed with action. see Capron v Van Noorden and Norton v Matthews *without the jurisdiction or in the absence of the power for the court to act comes the mandatory requirement for complete dismissal of the action by the court.
Our Governor Gretchen, after numerous attempts to make her aware of this egregious act of legislation.... has remain silent...
I understand that not everyone deserves to be back on the streets, however I do and the law is clear, in the absence of Jurisdictional authority to act, the Judgment, sentence and or the order of the court are absolutely void.
This is an Historical event taking place in Real Time, and who ever chooses to join in this fight, will surely go down in history as a pioneer, freeing the first ever 13th amendment slave.
