Her expertise includes program and institutional accreditation and curriculum development. She is currently a PhD student at the Indiana Wesleyan University studying Organizational Leadership.She holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida International University (FIU), a Bachelor of Education and two Diplomas from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Aldith was awarded a Certificate of Excellence from FIU for achieving one of the highest GPAs among her peers in the program.It was a refreshing and awe-inspiring conversation to talk with Aldith whom I called the miracle lady. She has gone through so much, but she maintains a peace and joy that only comes from God.
