Today on the show we’re talking with JeVon McCormick CEO of Scribe Media, and author of I Got There: How I Overcame Racism, Poverty, and Abuse to Achieve the American Dream. JeVon has had to overcome some true challenges in his life, from his father not being around much to getting sexually abused as an 8 year old, life was anything but easy for JeVon.
 
JeVon learned how to be a better person in every circumstance, he chose to not let his past bring him down, but show him how to improve. JeVon believes that becoming a smarter, better, harder working person is possible every single day.
