She is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, University of Tennessee Health Science Center and later completed her internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Dr. LaKeisha was raised in Indianola, MS and now practices & resides in Greenville, MS, with her family.
