The Hospice Community Team visit patients, their families and carers in their own homes. In this week’s Dear Green Place we join Jane Miller on her rounds. Jane is an advanced clinical nurse specialist, she’s also the team leader. We visit one of Jane’s patients, Alison who is receiving palliative care from The Prince &amp; Princess of Wales Hospice. There’s lots of chat and tea and buns! The service from Glasgow’s Hospice operates 24/7.
