Modern men don't understand how paralyzing emotions can be. Men are terrified of showing emotion because they're terrified of rejection and being looked at weak, inadequate or "not a man". On this episode we open up about our own personal struggles with anxiety and depression in hopes that hearing us talk about it, others might be see that it doesn't have to be so hard to express yourself.
