It's an undeniable landmark of the Southeast.  Anyone who has traveled up and down Interstate 95 has been bathed in it's cool, neon glow.  South of the Border is nothing short of legendary and we chat with filmmaker Nate Mallard in the famed landmark's origins and the question of it being haunted.
