We're talking about getting out from behind the pages and writing your own story. This allows you to apply what you've learned in the real world to get your own data. Then, you can attack your growth with a more focused intention. This is only possible once you've applied your self enough to learn where your strengths and weaknesses are. Until you've been able to get your own data in your field, you won't know what parts of your game need the most attention.
