This week’s episode is a bit of a touchy subject, toxic relationships. Toxic relationships are intense, hard, emotional, damaging but also can make us stronger, more confident in ourselves, help us create better boundaries, and become better people in the aftermath. Usually the hardest, darkest times teach us the most valuable lessons and it just proves that relationships are no different.
