ChubaoFS is an open source cloud-native storage platform that provides both POSIX-compliant and S3-compatible interfaces, which has been used in the production environments of various IT companies. Right now it is a CNCF sandbox project. This presentation will introduce the main architecture of ChubaoFS, and analyze how it breaks through the small files bottleneck both in capacity and performance wise. Also as a cloud native storage system, ChubaoFS can be used in Kubernetes seamlessly. Finally, the presentation will show some using scenarios.
Shuoran Liu is a software architect at OPPO focusing on cloud storage solutions. Before joining OPPO, he worked at JD.com and is one of the main contributors to ChubaoFS.
