In this episode, Dan and Kevin cover a lot of ground with no particular outline. We start with the concept of 'free will', then we talk about public health and individual health in relation to the initial stages of pandemic, and avoiding the stress of the negative news cycle and it's negative effects on our physical and mental health. We talk about our self-care routine and balancing that day-to-day, and then on to the CDC, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for physical activity to improve and maintain health and wellness. Vitamin D is very important for overall health and immune function, and most American's have insufficient or deficient levels, contributing to decreased health.
How much are artificial intelligent 'bots' fueling negative interactions online? What does the progression of AI look like, and how will digital communication develop and interact with our interpersonal and social skills? We chat about the phrase "if you rest, you rust", finding our passions, and why we feel like we search for a variety of hobbies, and about some of our nutrition habits. Dan recalls some lyrics by KRS-One, relating to education of knowledge of self, and we end talking about staying inspired.
Don't forget to follow and rate Dan's Den. Thanks for listening.
