I believe we all some way some how gain weight and the thing we need to understand is that there's bad and good weight gaining. What do I mean by this or referring to when mentioning bad and good weight gaining? If you gain weight because you develop muscle good for you and if is fat then you might want to reconsider since will mean you nutrition value is not meeting your goals. The food we eat is the one we should be paying attention too as they contain sugar, carbs and chemicals that can change our physiology completely which leads to fat gaining.
