Neville gives us some great advice on how to change our outer world or our outer reality. He breaks it down into the importance of feelings and how are feelings are what create our outer world. In order to change the outer world, we must change our feelings. Understanding what feelings we choose to entertain and which ones we choose to look the other way is a big step in the process.
