You may be hearing a lot about the Corona Virus, and perhaps are becoming very concerned if there's an outbreak in your country or near where you live. Today we practice a mantra that could provide some assistance both individually as well as collectively with this virus.

oṃ dhaṃ dhanvantaraye namaḥ (I bow to Dhanvantari, the Celestial Healer)
