January 7, 2023: I have decided to update and make a slight change to this podcast. In the description and episode notes section, I’m going to post something that I am grateful for each day. The power of practicing gratitude, especially on a daily basis, has been shown to do wonders for mental health and to help combat depression. So I’m putting it out there that I will start practicing gratitude on a daily basis, with Piper Onion by my side 🐶 Since Piper and I produce these podcast episodes in the early morning hours, it will probably be something that I was grateful for the day before.
