Our guest on the show today to talk about it is creator Murray Hildary. Also on the show: Spirit Plaza in downtown Detroit is going to become a permanent thing, thanks to a 5-4 Detroit City Council vote that reverses a previous decision. After the news, Jer gets into why he thinks the plaza and walkable spaces downtown are good ideas. The legendary Gold Dollar burned Tuesday night, where the White Stripes got their start.
