A graduate in Physic Honours and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, I have 24 years’ experience in Human Resource management in diverse sectors and industries. I started my Career with the public sector behemoth Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) where I performed in various roles starting from Factory HR and IR to Business and Corporate HR roles. After 18 years with SAIL, I moved to private sector and have worked in large conglomerates like Adani Group and Larsen & Toubro in leadership roles. My special skills and interests lie in the domains of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Policies. I have a more than passing interest in keeping myself abreast of matters related to World Affairs, Politics & Current Events as well as Sports particularly Cricket, Soccer and Tennis. I have a passion for reading books on variety of subjects – History, Politics, Management, Human Behaviour and Fiction with the literary fiction genre being my favourite and someday I hope to write one.
