In this episode, I sat down with a friend of mine Ari Rosado, who is a gaslighting and abuse survivor with 2 kids of her own. Ari walked us through her journey of what she thought to be the perfect marriage to the tale of her survival. Her story is like so many other women and men where unhealed trauma of one partner’s past found its way through emotional abuse, gaslighting, infidelity, addictions and absent parenting.

Ari is now focusing to embrace the silver lining of her pain and help other women with kids to teach the signs of abuse and path to recovery.
