Mike O’Hearn came from humble beginnings where he grew up on a farm and is the youngest of 9 siblings. He began competing in body building, powerlifting, and martial arts at the age of 13. By the age of 15, he won the Teenage Washington State Competitions in all three sports.⁣⁣Like, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno, Mike holds 4 Mr. Universe titles and was voted one of the 12 greatest physiques of all time by the fitness industry.⁣⁣He has been featured on over 500 fitness covers (only 2nd to Arnold). He was also inducted into the Bodybuilding Hall of Fame.⁣⁣Mike has had his share of acting as well and he is the only cast member to appear in the original American Gladiators as well as the remake.⁣⁣With all these accomplishments to his name, nothing can compare to his role as a dad.
