That he should go to jail for protecting himself from people trying to assault him...because if that's the case anyone who has ever protected themselves should be handcuffed. Here's a thought though: You see someone with a armed weapon, common sense says run the fuck away. The three that got shot thought it was a good idea to fight the guy with a gun...It speaks for itself.
