THIS WEEK DA BINGE BOIS ARE HEADING TO HOCKINSON, INDIANA AS THEY GET READY TO TAKE ON STRANGER THINGS SEASON 4 VOL. 1! After having watched the first three seasons as they released many moons ago, with the release of the first half of the final season, we thought it’s only be right to cover the show on the podcast for our 104th episode that is debatably our second year anniversary but is not since the other two of the podcast argued it was next week. During our discussion of Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin, Max, Eleven, Johnathan, Nancy, Steve, Robyn, Joyce, Sheriff Hopper and the one guy who smokes weed all the time and isn’t that funny’s journeys into saving the world and their friends once more. Enrique talks about how the first episode featuring Vecna had a scene that was one of the best he has seen in horror in the past few years, Eli speaks on his distaste for many of the characters in the show and the show in general, and Da Bois as a unit discuss why Black characters in high school dramas are only allowed to be nerds, ball players or rappers. Next week, we return to Doom Patrol to cover its second season and talk about the adventures of Cliff and the homies as they are not so super superheroes.
