This date also marks Loretta and Dan's one year anniversary of living in Brisbane, Queensland. In this podcast episode, they reflect back on the highs and the lows over the past year and how to become the best version of yourself in 2023.

They also discuss their experience on the Gold Coast at the beach and how life can be unpredictable. Loretta also discusses what she wore in the ocean and, it's not a bikini! BUT she was confident in her own skin.

Have you seen those IN's and OUT's lists circulating on TikTok and Instagram over the past few days? They share a funny item on an OUT list they saw - let's just say that Dan had a 101 lesson on camel toes!

Dan also shares an old story of what was disclosed in his fitness journal from over 10 years' ago after a gym buddy found it and started reading it. The shame, guilt and social anxiety brought back lots of old memories.
