In this week's episode, I take a step away from our usual content and instead explore the struggles of loneliness; especially for a solo long-term traveller.

I look at how I learnt to embrace being alone and how being alone has helped nurture stronger relationships with others and led me to being more at peace in general.

I also talk about strategies to deal with loneliness while travelling and offer some great ways to meet people while travelling.
