Janet Reynolds lives in Queanbeyan and she shops at the fresh food markets in Fyshwick. One day she stopped in on a Sunday and saw that there was plenty of produce left. Knowing that the markets wouldn't reopen again until the following Thursday, she wondered what happen to any leftover food.
