We all face stress. We all know what it means to be startled or scared. Many of us have even experienced panic on occasion. In this episode Chelsea delves into the nitty gritty of how high stress situations affect us both physiologically as well as mentally, and  how we can  manage the stress and fight to keep panic at bay. Using examples from all aspects of life, including what she's been teaching aviation safety students for years, Chelsea shares a look at how you can use some of the same psychology tricks that US Navy Seals use to succeed under high stress and/or fear-filled situations.
