⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️
In today's episode, Chelsea is joined by the amazing Dakota Mae, a Wholistic Embodiment Coach and Mentor.
Dakota’s experience is her expertise and she has spent much of the last three years expanding her education to work and serve fellow moms and people living with chronic conditions.
Her work is ever-changing because it is unique to each individual and centers around getting into relationships with them and their unique systems and circumstances. This gives each person a better understanding of how their developing years shaped them, creating awareness and acknowledging their programming and traumas through somatic integration and subconscious clearing work.
Dakota believes knowing ourselves intimately from this wholistic lens is essential for our self-leadership allowing us to become naturally empowered through our embodied autonomy.
She lives by the saying “I honor my body by hearing when she speaks. I love her by listening.”
