On this special edition of Diversecity , we head to “Little Haiti”, Brooklyn as we observe the tenth anniversary of the massive earthquake that rocked the Caribbean country after which the area is named.  We head to the country’s capital to see how Haitian Americans who returned to rebuild, after the quake, are faring as their nation is under siege by local gangs.
