Peter van der Sterre came to the SFZC in 1972, was ordained by Richard Baker, received transmission from Norman Fischer, and is the founding teacher of the Oak Street Zendo in San Francisco (oakstreetzendo.org) and the 7th Street Zendo in Boise, Idaho.
