The sandwich is fire, but more importantly it's become a cultural phenomenon and I discuss how that relates to how the media frames the narrative of the sandwich. Below I have some links to a couple people I reference in the episode, Sarah Baartman was a Black woman who was kept in captivity and made to perform in a "freak show" due to her big ol booty (and the savagery of the Europeans who kidnapped her) . Kevin Davis was the man who was murdered in a Maryland Popeyes restaurant, turns out that the narrative of him being murdered over the sandwich is some nonsense.
