Very few people escape from some for of trauma in their lives. Emotional barriers are created during childhood as a defense mechanism. Walls are build around our hearts in order to protect ourselves from emotional harm. But it arrives a moment when those walls that once protected us, start restricting us, and stops us from living fully and from being the whole expression of ourselves.
Can we bring this barriers down? So we can love openly, so we can express fully, so we can enjoy life, so we can be our real selves.
