This episode we are going to dive deep into using some skills I have learned to help interact with our own children! These skills are used to increase appropriate behaviors, talk, play and enthusiasm with our children while building our relationships and bond we have with them!! I am no expert but I do use these skills and they do work if you try them, just with all good things it takes time and consistency.
