The history of Crosspointe Christian Church includes multiple building locations and a number of name changes. In 1938, then known as Burns Avenue Baptist Church, a radio program was produced and broadcast called "Echos of Heaven." This is a sample of the broadcast from 1947 after the church had moved to the current building on Mack Avenue in Grosse Pointe Woods and changed the name to Grosse Pointe Baptist Church.
