Bio:

Gretchen Opferkew is the Director of Education at PowerObjects HCL where she oversees both internal employee development, as well as customer trainings and community involvement.  Having worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2006, Gretchen has over 200 implementations under her belt.  She has been awarded Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP the last 4 years and has been named one of CRM User Group’s All-stars. Her passion is speaking to groups about CRM best practices, architecture and design, marketing, training, and user adoption.
