Happy Halloween Crimeaholics!  Here is a special mini episode for your Halloween!  Timothy O'Bryan was an 8-year-old boy who went trick or treating with his dad and sister in 1974.  He collected a Pixy Stick that would end his life.  He received it from "The Candyman" who ended up being someone closer to him than anyone could imagine.
