This week's young athlete catch up is with Henry Johnson
Henry is a rising star in athletics with a very mature mindset when it comes to competition and development. 
He is part of a very strong year group in the U20's but realises the importance of steady progression and hopes that he will be able to compete with those at the elite level once racing commences.
