For nearly 20 years, Deryl Glaze has been helping people to become the better versions of themselves, “to become your more Successful You” how Deryl speaks himself. For 15 years of recovery coaching, he has been inspiring men and women of all ages to overcome substance abuse issues and go on to live a healthy, drug-free and productive life by striving for a purpose bigger than "recovery" alone because he noticed people who don't have a dream bigger than their recovery often relapse. He says, “you need a “Big Why” to sustain your recovery!” and engages you to find it.            

In this Live Conversation with Deryl, we will ask him about his vision of the Creative Society. We will discuss why it is so important to help people overcome their weaknesses, their addictions. How does it help them to become better, to become happier? What does real happiness mean and how can a person achieve it? Moreover, we are going to speak about the fundamental values in the Creative Society? What should they be? What should prevail and how can it be implemented?
