We spoke with Lily Ciric Hoffmann, a UX designer, instructional designer and educator, who is the true embodiment of a "multi-hyphenated creative". She is an immigrant to the United States and has done many amazing projects as a freelancer. We discussed the importance of personal branding and how to find one's footing in a crowded industry.
