As marketers, we have to conduct interviews. It could be for a podcast, customer or product research – whatever it may be, I’ve picked up some tips along the way.
I posted a list of them to Twitter, and here is the first – find out if your potential guest is even interested. Do they care? Do they want to? People are busy with lots of obligations – don’t take it personally.
Just simply ask. Provide context and see what they say.
