Tonight we’re joined by Erik Albrecht of Bumblechutes.Erik started his journey in aviation at the collegiate level, earning two degrees in Aviation Technology while training through Army ROTC with a clear goal—becoming an aviation leader.In just a few short years, he became a Certified Flight Instructor, was commissioned as a U.S. Army Aviation Officer, and completed a master’s in Human Resources Development.He went on to serve 12 years in the military, flying medevac helicopters, commanding an air traffic control company, and piloting VIP fixed-wing aircraft—roles that demand precision, discipline, and accountability.Today, he brings that same standard to everything he does—as an airline pilot, business owner of Bumblechutes, and dedicated husband and father.It all comes down to one philosophy: show up prepared, execute with excellence, and own the outcome.
